Aim of the project: to develop a personalized blueprint of intestinal health to predict and prevent inflammatory bowel disease. The overall goal is to deliver interdisciplinary solutions (molecular, nutritional, eHealth and patient engagement/empowerment level) for health promotion and disease prevention that would enable active patient engagement in health and selfcare management.
