Description: This study is aimed to investigate deregulation of isomiRs in colorectal cancer and define their target genes and function in the oncogenesis. The results of the project will enhance a broader perception of molecular CRC pathogenesis pathways with potential further diagnostic and therapeutic implication for CRC patients.
