Gastric Microbiome: Twin Study

• Description: The major aims of the study is to evaluate the impact of genetic factors for stomach microbiome. Within the frame of the project, we also plan to compare gastric microbiome of healthy controls and patients with gastric cancer. Data obtained from activities of the project may potentially identify new pathogenetic mechanisms or disease markers.
